Book Fair Coordinators:
We need 2-3 parents to act as the Book Fair Coordinators. Coordinators will need to be on campus to get the book fair opened up or closed, find staffing solutions if a volunteer parent calls in sick, and call scholastic to place restock orders (M-W only) for more of the popular titles. If you have a flexible schedule, this responsibility can be shared with 1 or 2 others.
Book Fair Volunteers:
We need a team of 3-4 people during class visit times to help students select appropriate books, check out at the registers, and organize and tidy as classes come through. Ideally there will be some who can stay for a few hours at a time, so there is continuity through many class visits, with fewer transition
